Introduction

The equipment is used for the vehicle sealing inspection, rain, dry room for through type. The water is continuously pumped into the main pipeline from the reservoir, through pressure regulation and flow regulation into the rain pipeline, shot to the surface of the car body through the nozzle, the ejected water is collected into the reservoir, after precipitation filtration, recycling. During the inspection, all doors and Windows are closed, and the driver drives the car in and passes through the rain chamber and the blow-drying chamber in turn. The rain duration is adjustable from 3-15min. Vehicle rain test requirements of the top, before and after, around and at the bottom, rain, dry in the indoor, rain laboratory, dry chamber body with stainless steel plate, the surface of the chamber body is stainless steel plate material, the outer surface is anti-rust coating, rain chamber, dry chamber import and export do not set a closed door. The rain and blow-drying room is mainly composed of rain room, blow-drying room, circulating reservoir, water supply system of pump, backwater system, filtration system, rain system (nozzle can be replaced), blow-drying system and electronic control system.

The road slopes to the center line about 2° on both sides (high on both sides and low in the middle). The water flowing from the car body flows to the ditch from the ground and then returns to the rainwater chamber reservoir.
