Introduction

This is a set of economical big cyclone two stage recovery and dusting system, powder recovery efficiency is high, cleaning and changing color is convenient and fast, the equipment is durable.

Spray room side plate and roof adopts stainless steel plate, spray room design has 4 automatic gun openings, spray gun using erect cloth gun. The system is equipped with two manual injection stations for online detection and manual injection of complex workpieces.

Big cyclone adopts European technology, single separation rate can reach 95%-98%.

After the filter adopts rotary wing type filter element recovery, high efficiency, low noise. The equipment is equipped with automatic recovery and screening system to ensure the normal pollution-free circulation of powder.

The filter element adopts GE film coated filter element from the United States, the filter precision can reach 99.99%, and the tail gas can be directly discharged to the workshop. At the same time, the nanoscale PTFE film covered by the membrane filter element can prevent micro powder from entering the inner filter material, ensure that the filter element is easy to clean, theoretically can ensure the permanent use of the filter element.

The bottom of the spray room is equipped with pulse air flow automatic cleaning system to ensure the timely recovery of the powder.
